Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and organise a replacement. 

If you think your order was damaged during postage, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order.

If you think your item is lost, please follow this up with your local courier provider and let us know too so we can follow it up on our end.

 

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have been worn (such as clothing), custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Change of Mind
Each item you order is made just for you, unfortunately this means we cannot accept returns for change of mind or when the incorrect size has been ordered. To ensure you order the correct size please refer to the individual products size chart. 

Once orders have been placed, they cannot be cancelled or changed. Please make your order selection carefully. If you ae unsure as to the fit, we advise ordering the size above.
